Do It Online

We are changing our Clinical System in November 2019 which also means a change to our Online Services.

In view of this we will not be processing any new Online Services Registrations until 1st December 2019. You can still submit your registration form which will be held until we are live on the new system. Once your account has been set up you will be contacted with details on how to obtain your username and password.

Existing online users can continue to access "The Waiting Room" (TWR) home page by Clicking Here.

**** Online services will be suspended from 8th November 2019 ***

Please be aware that we will be unable to issue any routine, repeat prescriptions after Friday 8th November until Wednesday 20th November 2019. Please ensure your prescription will cover you until December.

Existing TWR users will be contacted via your online account, email or text message with information on how to get back online on the new system ‘SystmOnline’. We are aiming to have everyone transferred over by 30th November 2019.

Please bear with us during the complex transition period.

Thank you.
